The conference will be mainly hosted in the unibz facilities in the town centre. The university was built in 1997, and is modern, very fancy, and functional. All lecture rooms and locations are accessible by wheelchair. Figures are as follows. Lecture rooms:
Aula Magna: 500 seats (see right figure);
- rooms with 120–140 seats;
- rooms with 50 seats;
- rooms with 25 seats.
An excellent and open wireless internet is available in the whole campus (and in many locations in the city).
Personal computers are available on demand in the university library for rent.
Facilities can be reserved on demand, such as the kid-space of unibz for children with parents, as well as the BITZ fablab, which can be reserved for interactive demos, interactive experiences or other HCI fabrication and physical computing co-located events
